Payment Terms
We accept American Express. Visa. MasterCard and Discover Cards. Thirty Day payment terms are available for those accounts whose credit has been approved by our bank. We do not ship any orders C.O.D.
 
New Accounts
Our Bank manages Mor Usa´s receivables. Our Bank requires that all new customers provide Mor Usa Inc with a signature copy of a completed customer profile in order for us to assign a customer number. Payment in advance or a credit card number is required to process any new customer’s opening order. The 30 day payment terms will be extended to those domestic accounts approved by Our Bank. Accounts that are habitually past due will lose the privilege of open payments terms.
 
Export Orders
We will require full payment in advance for any order know for export. Payment can be made with a credit card, bank draft, or wire transfer (banking charges associated with any wire transfer will be added to invoice). it is our recommendation to use credit card.
 
Ordering
Telephone your orders to us, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST, or fax your order in all day / all night. Please have your customer number available when you call in. If you fax your orders in, please remember to include your customer number on your fax.
 
Minimum Orders
Merchandise can only be ordered in case pack quantities.
New accounts - $200 Reorders - $ 100. A $10 handling charge will be added to all invoices for orders under $ 100.
 
Shipping
All orders are shipped freight collect. Normally, we ship via Brown, priority mail, or via common carrier.
 
Inventory Availability
For continuity of your favourite styles, colours, packing and prices, your best bet is to order from MorUsa Inc.´s most current catalog. Products shown in previous catalogs may no longer be available. Prices and colour assortment are subject to change without notice.
 
Imprinting
Name Drop - 36 piece minimum order for swim suits, towels, totes, fanny packs and soft coolers. 72 piece minimum for beach safes. Examples of name drop imprints include: Miami Beach, FL, Sanibel Island, Aruba, Hilton Head Island, and Palm Springs, CA.
Imprint charges are only $.60/unit. Imprints are one color
 
Custom - 72 piece minimum order for custom imprints on swimsuits, towels toes, fanny packs and soft coolers. 144 pieces minimum order quantity for custom imprint on beach safes. Custom charges include a $25. One-time setup screen charge. Custom imprint charges are only $.60/unit.Imprints are one colour.
 
Embroidery
72 piece minimum order quantity for basic embroidery on swimsuits and towels. Embroidery also requires special quotation.
 
Returns & Shortages
Please, for your own benefit, check your order carefully as soon as our product hits your doorstep. All shortages and damages must be reported within five days or they cannot be honoured. Sorry, no returns will be accepted without contacting us first. Credit for damages will be issued upon receipt and inspection of product.
 
Defectives
Please return within one year from date of shipment. Upon receipt and inspection, a credit will be issued accordingly. And, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
 
Closeout Items
All closeout sales are final. Orders for closeout merchandise must be submitted separately.
